MESSAGE: 

Dear Instagram and META Support Team, 

I am reaching out to you in regards to the Instagram account of Celestial Brides & Prom. On July 28, 2025, the new META AI generated monitoring has wrongfully disabled this account, which is very detrimental to the success of this business. Celestial Brides & Prom is a small business located in Pennsylvania. Their goal is to serve women of all ages and sizes in helping them to look and feel their most confident self while shopping for beautiful gowns. This goal cannot be achieved right now due to the disabling of their social media. CB&P not only uses Instagram and Facebook as their main source of marketing and advertising, but this is also a tool for generating sales. It is truly a devastating loss to the business owner, employees, and company as a whole. CB&P was an investor in META ads, and often would run ads through social media. The company genuinely enjoyed the success of using META's tools, and unfortunately they cannot continue investing marketing funds into Instagram, until their socials are restored. 

Please advise in the immediate assistance in helping this small, woman-owned business regain access to social media. It is also important to note that CB&P prides themselves on following all Instagram Community Guidelines, and they take these guidelines very seriously. The disabling of their account is not only defamation of their character, but also false accusation. The community is requesting a human in the META and Instagram company to review the integrity of @celestialbrides because it will be found that this is a legitimate business who follows rules and regulations online.
